Mô tả công việc
• Optimize and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and improve layout.
• Conduct time and motion studies to standardize work methods.
• Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
• Analyze labor, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation.
• Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals.
• Ensure safety and compliance during improvement activities
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and industrial engineering analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• English communication skills: intermediate level.
